Upper Hopton CC Under 9s
This year saw a huge increase in the popularity of Under 9s cricket at Upper Hopton and for the first time we found ourselves in the position of having enough players for not one but two teams!
Thanks to this and the support received from parents the Under 9s had an excellent season competing in a number of tournaments and beating many older opponents. Despite the rain that caused a number of Saturday morning tournaments to be cancelled Upper Hopton still registered strong performance including an excellent 4th place at Rastrick.
